The “pabbi” declension pattern
The “pabbi” pattern is the most common declension pattern for masculine terms that end in “-i”. The first two cases are:
- hér er pabbi, um pabba
Compare this to the first two cases of the “mamma” pattern:
- hér er kona, um konu
